SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping to all states in the U.S. using USPS's postal calculation system. The calculation system takes into account the size of your order as well as the distance your order will travel and gives you the best price using Priority Mail. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. For those local to the Beaverton, Oregon area, a pickup-in-person option is also available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to love your candle. If for any reason you do not, or something was not as described, please send me an email at flickeringcandlecompany@gmail.com and I will try to make it right.
Please note that if a return is accepted, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
